How do they fit in to the scope of work a profile bending roll will encounter? :Lets delve into Profile Bending and look at the advantages a CNC controller can provide.  ## Accuracy While most profile bending rolls are accurate, many are not very repeatable and therefore require a visual fit-up by the operator. This process is time consuming and while being undertaken your machine is not making more parts and thus more money. A CNC controller provides the accuracy that allows for one or many parts to come of the rolling machine ready to be out to use. The CNC Profile Bending Machine controller also eliminates operator mistakes due to fatigue, inattention and so much more.  ## Repeatability Another great aspect of the CNC Controller on a Profile Bending Machine is the repeatability of it. The rolls will roll and position each time, every time to the same place providing the same results (material depending). This allows for better results in not only production but in repeat jobs.  ## Out of Round Shapes Many shapes required to be performed on a Profile Bending Roll are not necessarily round. These out-of-rounds can be complex shapes including ovals, squares or complex radii to radii geometries requiring skillful layout, operation and planning if a CNC controller is not employed. Further the CNC controller takes the guesswork out of all the moving components that require all to be in coordination with one another during the bending process.
