Bendmak offers extensive alternatives on heavy duty profile bending machines. Our machines are strong and reliable with their ST-52 welded steel body. The strength and rigidity in our design causes less deformation further supported by the help of our enlarged roll diameters which are supported by oversized bearings. This combination of superior design and oversize components provides not only  durability, but high bending momentum too.

The power of our hydraulic cylinders enables the PRO Series Angle Rolls to bend the larger parts without difficulty. Practical and Universal roll sets create the possibility to bending variable radii throughout the section and this feature gives the PRO Series Angle Rolls more capability then other rolls in it's class.

Bendmak Profile Bending Machines are 3 driven rolls. This feature makes high capacity bending processes a reality. Secondly, by driving the 3 Rolls simultaneously it minimizes the slippage of material during the bending process. The two bottom rolls are hydraulically driven and can move independently of each other.

In comparison with the machines that are top roll drive only these features enhance the ability of operators and give the opportunity to prebend both edges in one simple setup. Side supports can move towards in three directions to reduce the deformations (stretching and pulling devices) and to facilitate the bending processes, especially with angles and spirals.
