BT Structural Angle Band Saw Series
The BT Series of Bandsaws is designed for large format angled cutting with the structural fabricator in mind. Angled cutting position is adjusted precisely by a servo-motor and either via the onboard CNC Controller or via an integration with the Drilling Machine Control System thereby providing flawless operation between the two systems.
Blade speed can be adjusted according to the material and Bandsaw blade type used.
Cutting feed = vertical movement of the band saw is also entirely programmable*
* While the material is in the band saw, the material is raised 0.4" via a hydraulic base at the entrance and exit of the saw to ensure easy rotation of the body.
The BT Series of Bandsaws from Bendmak can be equipped with a feeding device for stand alone operation and fed via a hydraulic and chain powered loading and unloading devices, or be integrated directly into a Beam Drilling line for increased throughput controlled easily from one CNC Control panel at the drilling machine.
The options in controls allow for complete freedom of installation and autonomy in the shop to place the system in line or alongside the beam drilling or coping process.
