SRP Series Adjustable Welding Positioner

The structure of the Bendmak SRP Style adjustable welding positioners is designed to be the most suitable configuration for rotation and angular tilting of the table. With the SRP positioner, regardless of the geometric shape, all parts within it's range can be positioned to ensure a proper welding surface and position can be created. Positioners increase speed and efficiency in both automatic and manual welding and have an important place in all fabricating shops by minimizing the use of cranes, large welding tables, forklifts and other lifting and turning methods.

Construction; Construction of the SRP Series of welding positioners consists of frame, motor, table rotation and tilt systems, electrical panel and remote operator control unit and has the best structural stiffness. (Note: Positioners for heavy workpieces must be fixed to the floor.)

Operators; Operators can rotate the parts they put on the rotary table clockwise or counterclockwise, precisely, smoothly and at adjustable speeds that they can control over the control panel. They can also tilt forward to provide the desired angle.

Clamping; There are standard "T" Slots on the rotary table which enable fast clamping of the workpieces or welding fixtures. Table rotation and tilting are driven by a powerful steel spur gear transmission system.

Bendmak includes positioners of 1 to 40 tons in its standard lists. However, in special cases it has the capacity to produce up to 100 tons.
